Reservation Guarantee
All bookings made through Tillyfundrizzle.icu are guaranteed upon receipt of a valid credit card authorization. A deposit of 30% of the total stay is required to secure the reservation for our highly sought-after infinity pool properties.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that luxury travel plans may change. Our standard cancellation policy allows for a full refund of the deposit if canceled at least 14 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival will forfeit the 30% deposit to the respective hotel.
No-Show Policy
In the event of a no-show without prior communication with our concierge or the hotel, the full amount of the reserved stay will be charged to the credit card on file.
Bespoke Modifications
Modifications to dates or room categories (such as upgrading to a private pool suite) are subject to availability. Please contact your dedicated Tillyfundrizzle concierge for swift and seamless assistance.
